I am a bit frustrated that my legs are not cooperating with what my spirit wants to do. My hip pain has not let up and now my ankles and knees are screaming at me. I can't justify getting out to run, but not being able to walk around the house for the rest of the day. I'm taking many doses of Advil and prescription strength Motrin. There is some relief with that, but it never seems to truly be relieved. I have felt better after my runs, but by a few hours later, I can't walk up the stairs or carry the baby. I've decided to listen to the legs for today and maybe tomorrow.
I will attempt some cross-training, especially some core work. Perhaps a stronger core will help me with a better posture during my runs. I suppose this is all just a guessing game right now.
