As much as I'd like to go against the advice of two doctors and prove them wrong (yes, I am a bit stubborn), I've had to comply with their suggestion of not running.
I have been able to hit several cycling classes, but the hip is quite painful and making it difficult to envision running right now. I did make an appointment at a local PT clinic for tomorrow. I am really praying we can see an end to this situation. I want to run.
