We were up most of the night with a sick little Boo. He appears to have a stomach bug. Several diaper changes since early this morning, (up to 8 so far today!)
I'm sure there is a reason I am not supposed to be running right now, but I want to understand one thing. Why is it when I add an extra day or two of training in, it doesn't seem to make a difference, yet when I miss a day or two, or three, it seems devasting...
I know there are much bigger problems out there, so I can't allow myself to feel too bad about this.
