A hip stress fracture
Not being able to run during this unbelievable weather
or
Receiving a race confirmation card for the now sold out San Antonio Rock and Roll Marathon the day after I've canceled my accommodations
Definitely the latter.
A record of my endeavors to stay healthy so that I can live long enough to see my great-grandchildren, and to prove to the world that there was a reason for my madness...

They do have a wheelchair division. Sorry about the injury.
The mile 9 water stop at Ten For Texas the morning before San Antonio will help ease your pain.
