Ran with DirtRunner for an unclear amount of mileage. He says an easy 6, my pedometer read 8.12. 9.06/mile.

Ran the trails for the first time and it was beautiful. Not bad for golf course and green belts anyway. I look forward to be able to run some real trails soon. The best part was that my legs felt great at the end, and today as well. My real issue was the lungs yesterday. The asthma seems to be getting better, but it still has its moments.

Ordered my trail shoes which will hopefully come in next week. Secret Santa was good to me this year!

Will post my results for the year on the 31st. When I took measurements this morning, I was very excited!!
