Lem rode her bike alongside me for my 3 miles today.
I was attempting to keep an 11:30 pace. I came in at 3.6 miles, avg. pace of 11:23. Not too bad.
My head was wanting more, but my legs were happy with the planned run.
This weather has been just heavenly. Whenever the real Houston weather decides to show up, I am gonna die...

This is the real weather! I think we're having this for the rest of the year (nice thought at least).
