Coach Bill shared with me today a thought that he has been having about our upcoming TIR battle. While all in good fun, trash talking has it's place. However, he and I both agreed that we should be supportive of one another, cheering each other on in all of our running endeavors!
There is so much negativity in the world, we come to running to escape the yuck and embrace the great feelings.
I think Coach Bill has a great philosophy, and I hope he doesn't mind me jumping the gun and posting his wisdom before he had a chance to.
